Turkey Enchiladas...Mmmm...

Here is a recipe for one of our favorite meals to eat - and one of the easiest to make!:
Turkey Enchiladas in the crockpot.  [From "Fix-It and Forget It Lightly" cookbook]

10 oz. turkey breast, roasted
10 oz. can tomato sauce
4 oz. can chopped green chilies
1 cup onions, chopped
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1-2 T. chili powder
1/4 t. garlic powder
8 flour tortillas

1. Remove skin from turkey.  Place in slow cooker.
2. Combine rest of ingredients, then pour over turkey.
3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
4. Remove turkey.  Shred with a fork and return to cooker to mix with sauce.
5. Serve on tortillas.

Optional toppings:
chopped green onions
sliced olives
chopped tomatoes
shredded cheddar cheese
sour cream
lettuce

We use "La Tortilla Factory's Smart and Delicious" tortillas as an added healthy bonus.  They are high fiber, low carb, and well...smart and delicious!  I know they sell them at Costco and Walmart.
