Happy New Year from our house to yours! We hope that you had a joyful Christmas with your family and a fulfilling 2011. We had such a busy December that we didn't send out any Christmas cards this year, so this blog entry is in lieu of that. We hope you enjoy the collages of photos below.
As we look back over 2011, we are again thankful for another year of the Lord's provision, blessings and faithfulness in our lives. We became a homeschooling family, enjoyed a few trips to Sun River, one to Missoula, MT and an anniversary getaway to Leavenworth, WA. We lost a few loved ones, watch health decline in others, and saw Dan's sister, Linda, get married to a wonderful man and move away. We spent more Sundays than not leading worship at church, which can be a taxing yet is ultimately a fulfilling experience. We have also really enjoyed being a part of our mid-week college Bible study and love seeing the Lord work in each young person's life. We look forward to seeing how the Lord will mold us, change us and use us in 2012. Will this be the year that our loving Lord will return??
As for the biggest change for our family in the coming year...it officially started today on New Years Day. Stay tuned...!!
